Nowhere, as for now we are the sole re-sellers of the BANDIDAS brand in the EU!

HOW DO YOU SIZE YOUR CLOTHES?
We produce our own items and work as re-sellers as well, so sizing can vary depending on what company the clothes are from. Keep an eye out for the size-guides available under PRODUCT DESCRIPTION. We also make sure to let you guys know if particular items run smaller or bigger in size. If you are unsure, please feel free to contact us and ask.
WHEREABOUTS ARE YOU BASED? DO YOU HAVE A SHOP I CAN VISIT?
We are based in little ol' Finland. Our Headquarters are in Helsinki, but we have stores in Kuopio, Oulu and re-sellers in Tuuri! Click here to check out the locations of our Fiorella stores.
CAN I CHANGE/CANCEL MY ORDER?
We process orders super fast, so please contact us within 1 hour of placing your order if you wish to cancel or amend it. If you would like to add another item to your order, you will have to place a separate order.
HAVE I BEEN OVERCHARGED?
No. By law, our system is set up to be unable to overcharge you. If you believe that you have have been overcharged and you placed your order from outside of the EU, then this will most likely be the currency conversion price from EUR € to your own currency. We offer a currency convertor situated at the top of the website that you can use to change to your own currency at any time - this then allows you to see all the prices on our website in your own currency prior to placing your order. Please note; all payments are charged in EUR. The prices shown in your currency are an approximate and your credit card provider/bank/paypal will determine the exact exchange rate that you will be charged.
If you have any queries regarding currency conversion, then we highly recommend contacting us prior to placing your order to avoid confusion.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
We send all your tracking information via email. Check your shipping confirmation email (the 2nd one) for details on how and where to track your order.
I HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY SHIPPING CONFIRMATION EMAIL YET...HAS MY ORDER BEEN SHIPPED?
We will send you a shipping confirmation email as soon as your order ships. If you haven't received a confirmation email after 4 business days, then we recommend checking your junk filter. If there is still no sign of it, please contact us and we will look into it for you as soon as possible.
CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM I PURCHASED IN THE SALE/WITH A GROUPON DEAL?
All sample items or items purchased in the sale and/or with a groupon deal are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. Please read our RETURN POLICY.
