    If you are not utterly obsessed with your latest purchase, you can send it back to us for either a refund or FiorellaShop credit within 14 days of your order being shipped. (Please see the Shipping confirmation e-mail for dates or check your tracking number. We are not responsible for orders that are shipped back to us after the return period has expired.)

    Any un-eligible items returned will be refused, so it's important that you read and understand the following return information;


    1. All returned items must be in their original, clean, unworn and unwashed condition.

    2. Items that are not returned within the return period mentioned above.

    3. Items that are bough in a package or set (such as our christmas gift sets) has to be returned in a whole. I.e you can not just return a part of the package. The entire set should be returned at once.


      The shipping date can be located in the Shipping confirmation e-mail you receive once your purchase has been dispatched.

      Please mark the items you wish to return or exchange on the invoice paper provided with the shipment. Feel free to write down any further details you wish to inform us of.

      Pack the items in the original shipping bag and close it thoroughly. You may use an alternate bag if necessary.

      Once the return has arrived at our warehouse or been accepted at our clothing shops, the refund process begins. Returns will be reimbursed within the following week.

      In case the package is not picked up at the postal office, and is returned it to us, the shipping price will be deducted from the initial refund. This condition includes orders that have been shipped free of charge.






      Please contact us before return shipping via e-mail The return must be paid for by the sender at the postal office.

      1. Re-pack the item in its original packaging or in a secure, waterproof package with labels and tags still attached.

      2. Add the original recite marking the items you wish to return. Add your bank account number if you have paid your order through Maksuturva or Postiennakko. All other payment options will be automatically refunded.

      3. Return the package by using your local Post Office counters and obtain proof of postage from the Post Office. Please do not post the package through the post box without obtaining a certificate of posting.

      4. Keep your certificate of postage safe as you will need this as your proof of return. 

      It is the customers responsibility to acquire a receipt from the postal office when returning a item. The receipt includes the return tracking number your return package has been shipped with. This is essential in case the package gets lost whilst being delivered.

      Once the return has arrived at our warehouse the refund process begins. Returns will be reimbursed within the following week.

      2. STORE RETURN - Free of charge (FINLAND)

      Returns are also accepted at all Fiorella stores provided that you have a receipt of your purchase. A printout of your shipping-confirmation e-mail will also suffice. Please remember to add your IBAN Bank Account number to the recite when returning a item to our stores. Once you have returned the package to the store, the refund process begins. Returns will be reimbursed directly to you bank account within the following week.


      The terms apply where no other written agreements have been made between you as the purchaser and Fiorella Oy.



      Finnish law will be applied to all disputes arising under this User Agreement. All disputes arising under this agreement which cannot be solved by mutual agreement, shall be solved in the district court of Helsinki, Finland.
